Hi,
Encounter the below problem;
- Import X5 V10 project into X5 V13 Pro
- Edit project so as to be mobile-friendly (Responsive function)
- Preview project on X5 V13 Pro is ok (please see attached first screenshot)
- Upload website to server
- No content when viewing website with mobile device (please see attached second screenshot)
Any advise is appreciated.

Joe, at the moment it appears that only your V10 site is online, complete with the Flash Advertising corner. Can you upload the new site to a temporary folder? eg art-decal.com.sg/temp

Go to step 4, page, responsive, select the mobile resolution and unhide each object on the page.
This has happened to me when importing a site to V13, for some reason the mobile resolution components get hidden.
(if you rotate your phone you will find that for landscape resolution the page is fine)

May i know how to adjust so as to achieve portrait viewing on mobile instead of current landscape viewing?

Please go to step 2 - Header and Footer content and check the objects you added in the header and footer in the lower breakpoints on the left if these are outside of the visible content area and in case move them in the visible area or hide them.
