WebSiteX5 13 Pro will not work after installation ... it doesn't have "lavasoft" problem

After I purchased latest version of WSX5 Pro 13 I installed and never get it to work!!!
Tried the "lavasoft" problem but that is not it .... look at pop up dialogue box I get each time.

Download the Visual C++ 2013 installer available on following link (you need to download the x86 version also if the OS is 64bit):
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
In case this should not help try to use before this repair tool http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 and then try again to start WebSite X5.

Thank you the 64 bit download of C++ 2013 repaired what was on my machine and I was able to run the software and begin a project so without problems ... I greatly appreciate your assistance ... I will report any new errors that may occur.
