Templates in 13 pro

I am trying to build an empty template in 13 pro - but it comes up with Cerca instead of search and seems to already have logos and text built in - how can I delete/edit these iems please?

Hi Ducan,
Logically you have to go to the Header & Footer page (Template customization, Header and Footer content) to delete these Objects.
See my screenshot in attachment...
