The database is not made in website x5, you can set the account settings of the database in x5, the database itself needs to be made with your hosting company, check there faq for information on how to make it, usually you need to acces you personal account portal from your hosting company.

Hi Andre thanks for the reply, my hosting company is One.com and they use MariaDB.  Once i created it how can i incorporate it to website X5 evolution?

You add the connection data your received from the hosting to connect to the database in step 1 Data Management by clicking on "Add" in the database section.

In this way the program will be able to use the database for the functions where it's supported like as example to send the email form content to the database.

I have a dataabase built with MS Access 2010.  It has several Tables and Forms w/ Contact names, addresses Info fields, etc.  How do I make that info available to the X5 Website and how do I have information placed on/in the Website by its viewers delivered to the MS  Access database into the proper file?  Thanks for your kind help

It is not possible to access data from MS Access on the website. You need to add these data on an MySql Database and then you can use as example Database Viewer as Object to show the content of a MySql Database table on the website.
