When you export the site, do not include previews or backups.

If the site is still huge there is little that can be done because you either have an extreme amount of content, have embedded videos or you may be using very large pictures. If the pictures are very large this may cause issues in future, so my suggestion would be to resize to a maximum of either 1024px width or another specific size that suits you and then recreate the appropriate page/s.

If you are embedding one or 2 videos, you could delete them from the page/s before export, then put them back in after import to V13.

I deleted the videos ande the gallery (I now publish the pictures in another way). The program is now running like a sowing machine we say in dutch.
