Install 5x pro on Windows 10, CefSharp.dll error

I had run WebSite X5 Pro on an older computer and I am now trying to install it on a newer Windows 10 computer. I downloaded it and was able to get through registration. When I tried to launch the program a window pops up instructing me to reinstall because it cannot load CefSharp.dll. I un-installed the program, deleted the install file, re-downloaded the install file, reinstalled and back to the same issue. What is the next step?

Randy, I think you have to install/update all of Visual C++ (2010, 2012, 2013, 2015)

Randy, rather than have me take another guess, please keep checking this post for a response from Incomedia.
Hello Randy,
Please try to uninstall the program again and then uninstall also all visual C++ libraries (2010, 2012, 2013, 2015).
Once done proceed to reinstall WebSite X5 which will install automatically the necessary libraries.
After the program has been installed please test it again.
Please keep me updated.
