Upload Website to Internet Error

I am receiving the below error message. I have contacted my hosting client and all is well on their end. I started receiving this message after the update from version 9 to 10.
My username is correct. My password has been changed. I have copied and pasted the destination folder from my hosting site.

remove: /public_html.
then connect again, select correct folder for upload, x5 will ask to set it as default, say yes and you should be fine.
