Hi, Ive downloaded websitex5 on a 2nd laptop covered by licence.
If I create a new site from scratch on this laptop will it automatically overwrite the original

If you upload it to the same website adress and folder (your ftp adress from your provider) then yes.
If you upload it to another folder then no.
So if you create a folder once connected to your hosting let's say testwebsite, and you upload it to that folder then your original will be there and the new one will be on the same websiteadress but with "/testwebsite" behind it.
