Can i turn a nonresponsive site made in v12 into a responsive site with v13

Now i have purchaced v13 i was wondering if i can turn my old non responsive site made in v12 into a responsive site with the new v13 without making a whole new site.
I know how to import the old site thats not a problem but can the above be done.
Could you please tell me the steps i have to take to do this if it is possible.

In v13 goto step 2 template customization, then select resolutions and responsive design, set responsive on.
That's it.
