Alignment and Margings Problem - Changing Size Issue

My Issue is when I try to change the cell inner and outer margins I used to be able to manually enter the new number and all work fine. Now the only why I can change the number is I have to keep clicking to advance one number at a time. That can be a lot of clicks.
Is this a software bug or am I doing something wrong?

Works fine for me.
Try a restart of px and don't start any other programs except x5.
Else try to export the project, then import it again, maybe that helps.
