Hi again, I have issue on mail form when you setup mail and choice ABC Description on your list, after confirmation when I check email I missing abc description, when I send to email is not showing filled (abc - field)?

The description is not sent but only meant to appear on the email form object on the website.

Could you do guys in the future that description send to email is well, will be great.
