Database or Email For Form Submission?

Hello.
In the setup of my forms submission, such as email address registeration or order submission, it gives me the choice to receive the form submission by database or by my email. Which is better, and why specifically? I don't do anything super complicated, it'll just be a simple email address for my clients to receive newsletter (no login information, no guests, etc), and order submission when the clients buy something (again, no login information).

This is data for the web admin,
I would use for your use the standard mail.

Thank you very much, Andre. By web admin you mean things like handling membership, logins, etc, correct? (I'm still new to all of that).

Well not the user or sender.
The receiver is usually admin, you in most cases, but if you make it for someone else then they get the mail or they need acces to the database to review the info.
But just use the mail function it will be functional in the greatest part of use for everybody.
