Cannot upload website, problem with php files!

My host has flagged these files as malware and taken it down..../res/x5engine.php /admin/login.php is this a recognised problem?

x5engine.php is present in every one of my projects and causes no issue on multiple hosts.
Whilst I would first run a virus scan to absolutely ensure no nasties have crept in, I would contact your host (possibly via the online chat option available through most services) and explain the problem.
If they offer any justifiable reason why these files should be deleted, please advise (if they do I will be very surprised).
