No unlock code provided  en

I never recieved the unlock code upon entering in the product code. I received the email registration link confirmation.

X5 won't continue installing past "Unlock" and upon trying again, it says the code has now been used and the set up file is stuck on the message " Thank you for installing Incomedia WebSite X5! Please wait...

I hope you can provide the code I need to complete installation. I have had to cancel as I can't leave it stuck where it is and as entering the product code and completing the  on screen registration didn't provide the softward to be unlocked, I don't know what I need to do.

The software version I have is WebSite X5 Special Edition which is included as part of my Coral Paintshop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate. Which I purchased and installed this evening.

Please can you help.

. . . did you have a look in your *profile* - if you are registered with mail and PW you will find it there in licence . . .

WebSite X5 Answers incorporates also the control panel that was on My.WebSiteX5.com before. Therefore you will find:

• Your user profile and also

• Your personal list of licenses (incl. the ones of WebSite X5 Evolution )

Just be aware to use the same e-mail address that you have used to register WebSite X5 Evolution.

Although I marked the other post correct.... I have purchased a few V8 licenses and the last ones were never shown in my.websitex5.com so I gave up on them. When I became a Beta tester you used my forum email address instead of the address I used to purchase my licenses.....

So the result is now I login using my old forum address but with no licenses showing!! Have a look yourself. I suppose now I will have to try and register afresh using the email address I used to purchase the other V8 licenses...

Had the same problem, Frank,,, I wrote to ICM and he managed to switch all my v8 licenses back...

My v8 licenses were registered to another email address.

I have big problem too with registering aplication. I have a licence key but i do not have a unlock key... I'm stuck in window of registration and no one from Incomedia have solution for this problem...

V9 arrived in the post today.  Installation fine until needed Unlock Key.  It says on screen that it would be on the CD-ROM but can't find it anywhere.  Anyone else get it on CD or does everyone download.  Can't seem to get an answer from them and going around in circles.  Much preferred the old forum!!

you can find the product code inside the software box. If you still cannot find it please open a privat message and provide us your purchase order number and we will check the product code for you!

Hello, I have the same problem than Melody : Registration Error / We're sorry but it seems to have been an error during the registration process.

The error code reported is:

Product Code has already been used
Please contact Incomedia or your local reseller in order to check the Product Code. Error 2

And In my profile / My Licences - No Unlock Codes requested.

And now, I try to open a private message, but I can't see where is the panel for this.... Frown

I wonder if you can help me too I think my problem is very similar.

I bought a full copy of v8 well over a year ago, but never got round to installing it (I was using a trial version off a demo disc and it suited my needs for the time).

However I am now trying to install from the DVD I was shipped (on a new PC), and when I click on the "unlock" button as instructed during install, my browser gets stuck on the way to whatever authentication page is there.

I received a licence code at the time but trying to put this in doesn't move the installation on, it still tries to do something on the x5 site.

I've opened another tab at the site and my account is logged in - hence being able to post here! - but there is no info on my licences, and the other tab is still stuck, trying to load the unlock page, after about 15mins.

My browser was initially set to googlechrome and this gave me an error message saying something about a redirect loop. I reset all cookies and caches, tried again, no luck, now trying on IE and it is still stuck!

Please advise me how to get the unlock code and complete the installation

Hi I have just purchased ver 9 on disc. I have taken off ver 8 and have attepted to insatll ver 9 i get to the part when it requires the product key, No product key was sent with the disc . So please tell me just how do I move on when you have provide a key. I di get the key from ver 8 and also 7 but not with 9 HELP

I am sure X% wants to make this as hard for you as possible, most softwear programs comes with a product key. do they think we have time on our hand messing about trying to get info. If I knwe this was a problem I would have stuct with ver 8 .They have my email address when i purchased the box ver so these whiz kids are not so cleaver as we think mmm pulling me hair out trying to get to help but have had it up to the eye balls a very disgrunted customer . come on get it together and stop making it so hard to get this version up and running

Should I post the product code here or am I failing to spot a PM function? On the email it says the product code is the license key so I don't want to publicly post anything I should be keeping private unless you say that's ok.

My order number for the purchase is 309672045 if that's any help

I registered evolution 8 back in 2009 with a email address that I no longer remember.
In any event, I would like the email address changed to a more generic one so I don't have to go through this again.
Can someone help me with this?
Just tell me what information you need to fix this and I will provide it.

Dear Customer Services

I have a copy of the software and cannot install it as it is requesting I type in an unlock code. I do not have an unlock code and when entering my product code, it says it is unrecognizable and is an Error 5. Can you please provide me with an unlock code or check that the Product Code is correct?

Добрый вечер! Может быть я задаю глупый вопрос, который неоднократно обсуждался, но нет времени искать на форуме ответ. Суть проблемы такова, купив программу поставил её на компьютер и через какое-то время с компьютером пришлось распрощаться. Купил себе новый компьютер и на нём соответственно использовал лицензию на второй компьютер. Этот компьютер сломался и на нём поменяли материнскую плату, я пытаюсь поставить программу на него, а мне пишут, что я не могу этого сделать т.к. программа уже стоит на двух компьютерах. Вопрос, как аннулировать те два компьютера и зарегистрировать новый ?

Hi

I am having a problem starting v9 after installing and purchasing.  Once I activate it, I get an activation successful message, but each time I try to restart I am getting the message to activate again.

How can I PM someone to try and resolve this issue?

Same problem as Mary above, received v9 upgrade but no licence key on disk, in box or by email. Found licence key within my account but won't work. All I have is licence key for v8. Can anyone provide me with an email address that might respond?

same problem here! no unlock key! and I had a deadline as well .. about 10 hours ago. I've been trying everything!
but somehow I do not shoe my tab bar on the website. Afte reading these comments I remember that I had the same initial error message when installing the software - downloaded it today. the email I received had a product key .. but no unlock key.

I'm so frustrated.. and I just spent $130 today - seriously?

and seeing that this problem has - obviously- been going on for a while, I wonder why it has not been fixed yet!

I read that nobody will be in the office tomorrow, however, I truly hope someone will ready my message! I need an answer and help .. 10 hours ago!!!!!

. . . make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.

Attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.

Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .

Normally v9 *registrates* automatically with your provided email and then the code will be shown in your profile on right side -> My Licences . . .

X5 geçmiş "Unlock" yüklemeye devam ve tekrar denemeden üzerine değil, kod kullanılmış olup dosyasını "WebSite X5 v9 - Smart  yüklemeden için teşekkür ederiz! Lütfen bekleyin mesajı takılıp söylüyor ...

Yüklemeyi tamamlamak için gereken kodu sağlayabilir umuyoruz. Ben nerede olduğunu ben sıkışmış terk edemez olarak iptal etmek zorunda kaldı ve ürün kodu girdikten ve ekran kaydı tamamladıktan gibi kilidi olması softward vermedi, ben ne yapmam gerekiyor bilmiyorum.

You will find the Product Code on the registration card inside the package you received.
If the program has been purchased by download, the Product Code is written in the order confirmation e-mail, along with the link to download the program.

The Product Code of WebSite X5 Evolution is an alphanumeric code
