Social Media Objects NOT WORKING

Social Media object not installing although it says "ready to use" in the Manage Contents page. When I click on the Social Media NUMBER 1, the message i get is NUMBER 2 and in the lower right corner it says they are not installed.
Please advise.

Hello Gabriel,
Please try to reboot the computer and then open again the program and uninstall the object and then install it again to see if then it works.
Please keep me updated.
