In the new Version 14, how do I change the MAIN MENU and DROPDOWN MENUS and PAGE MENUS that used to appear in Template Customisation in Version 13 -

The menus are now objects.
If you want a main menu, you can put it in the header.
If you want a page-menu, you can put it on the page and specify a level so only the relevan information is shown on the page menu.
With this new way to have menus you can now have the page-menu horisontal so it appears as a horisontal sub-menu.
