Thanks, the Update worked.
However I noticed the new registrated user is appearing at the end of the auto reg user list. All other users in this list are alphabetically sorted except for the new user. In V13 the new user was inserted in the list following the alphabetical sort rule.
Is this a bug ?
I created an Alias of this new user and noticed the Alias is named only by the First Name of the user.
In V13 the Alias was named same as in the Automatic registration List (First Name Last Name).
Is this a bug ?

These other users in this list have been registered with the previous version or in Version 14?
It uses the name since this is the first field since now first name and last name are 2 separated fields while in Version 13 these were in the same field.

The other users has been registered in earlier versions. (12 and 13)
The field called "Name" contains First Name + Space + Last Name.
The field called "Last Name" is empty.
How can I update these records in order to properly use the fields Name and Last Name?
The new user got registered in v14. The field Name contains Nils (his first name) and the field Last Name contains Pawlak.
Why is the Alias now named Nils and not Nils Pawlak ? (I could have many users with the first name Nils)
Why is the new user appearing at the end of the auto reg user list ? (what is the sorting rule?)

Hello Nico,
It couldn't recognize automatically what was the last name in the field and it's why it is empty.
For the alias it is not showing the name taken from 2 fields and it's why it appears the name but I would suggest you to open an IDEA post to suggest it to the developers.
Can you send me a screenshot of how it appears the automatic registered users list?

Meanwhile I have cleaned up the SQL database. Now all my users have 2 fields for the first and last name.
The attached screenshot shows you the automatic registered user list and the shortcuts
