Hello can someone tell me how i get the live chat for X13 Pro i can only get it in X14 but on the page they say from X12 to X14.

I will advice you to look at : https://www.tawk.to/
It is a FREE solution ( and will stay free unless you not "remove branding" ).
I have put it in a testsite. You can see it here on this page : http://www.energifremtiden.dk/c4d/contact-us.html
It took me 5 (five ) minutes to join the tawk.to, copy the code and then put the code in the page.
It is extremely easy to deal with. If you would like to see the chat live, then I will be online tomorrow at my local time from 11:00 - 11:30.
You don't need an object for this. You get same code you put in the 3 - Map properties / expert tab and here you use "After opening the head tag". That is all. You can do the same on more pages if you want it on more pages.
I know this is not an answer to the "object" but this will function in ALL versions of X5 and it is free ( which the object is also - but not the use of the object - there is a monthly fee when using the X5 object ( a fee to the provider of the service))

Hello John, Thank you and i use Talkto in this site http://www.rolluikgroothandel.nl i did not read everything but the live chat adds nothing you have to pay. Again thank you and have a nice evening.

I visited your site - I can see you use tawk.to there.
So - I guess you will use this in future.
I think that it should be specified that it will cost, if you use the "live chat" in X5.
