How can i start a page or template from scratch ?

Whatever template i choose, even after deleting all the objects that i can delete, i am still stuck with some objects that i can neither modify (size, shape, colour) nor delete; at best overwrite. (See image). Is it not possible to start from a blank page, or empty template, that i can then populate the way i imagine ?

Start a new project, in step 2 goto change template.
Select in the pulldown filter Blank
Then you have 3 almost blank templates where you can easy remove the items that are there as suggestion.
one is with menu on top, the other menu on the left or right

Thanks, Andre, and sorry i did not see your response earlier. But the suggested procedure does not allow me to eliminate all objects. I rephrased and illustrated my problem under a new question "Can i start a page or template from scratch ? If so, how ?" just today.
There are a view objects, just to make heads and tales of the project. You can delete them without any problem.
But if this gives you problems, let me know what kind of tru;y empty template you want. I will create it for you then.
But some basic's are requered:
The most improtand is what kind of menu are you planning to have?
I made the first standard template emtpy for you, see attachement for horizontal menu.

Wow, thanks Andre ! This appears to be exactly what i need. Of course i would like to know how you did this; but if that is too much to ask i will simply safeguard it for future use. If while working with this i run into further problems, may i return here to ask additional questions ? Thanks so much again !
