WEBSITE X5 EVOLUTION V14.0.2.1 CANNOT INSTALL ON WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE

I bought Website X5 V14 on 28th November.
I have not been able to install it on my PC it says it requires minimum Win7 SP1.
I have WIN 7 Ultimate.
What should I do?

David, it sounds like you do not have the SP1 update installed. If that is the case you can get it here:-

I confirm that for v14 at least Windows 7 SP1 is required.
