Does WCX5V14 support countries with differing VAT rates so that I can accept buyers from across the EU and associated states? Would it support differing sales tax required to be collected from customers of a US website who live in states in the USA which require that sales tax be collected on certain inter-state purchases?

Hello Paul,
No it is not possible. You need to set how much VAT you want to apply and it will not change according to the purchasers country.
I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
