I need to reset my password on the screen titled "website export to the internet" because the previous password does not work or somehow I forgot the password that was used before.

Edward, for this password you will need to contact your host.
Normally the FTP password is the same as the control panel login (if it's a linux server, the address is www.yourdomain.com/cpanel), if you can get in you know the password, if you cannot you should be able to either reset it or ask them for assistance.
