Hey! I have made a website in Evolution 13. I recently bought Pro 14 as I imported my webpage. Now the shipping function does not work. In Evolution 13, I send with standard script and also select it in Pro 14. When you ship the order, it will not reach the selected email address. I have tried other settings and it does not work. In addition, 3-button buttons have stopped working. Since this is a customer's website that sells parts, it must work immediately. I got back to Evolution 13 and redo all the updates since I started using Pro 14.

No one works to send order from. The Pro version has also made so the three top buttons in the menu do not work. I need help quickly to get started ordering.
Peter, I cannot assist with the email problem I am sorry, I suspect it's something to do with attaching a database but sadly have no experience. Hopefully Incomedia or someone else with experience will be able to assist.
However, your top 3 menu buttons I suspect are covered with an object in the header (possibly a picture, or html code?), if you go to template, template content, are there any obects (including the header image) that are not fully within the header area (if you click on an object it should have 8 "handles")

verify thai in the step 1 there is the correct url: http://www.ph-design.se/classic/
and in the step 1 verify the data of the database.
You can also test in the http://www.ph-design.se/classic/admin section, in test page, and use the different script for email sendin.

Hey! I've got the buttons working now. But it is still not possible to order anything from the page. When you press send the order, it will never reach the selected email address. I have looked at the one.com web host and my php is set at 7.0. I have no more suggestions to try unfortunately.

I recently upgraded an old site to WX5 V14, and it has a shop. My email form script type is standard script, other that that my settings for email looks the same. I also needed to verify the sending order details were still correct, just as I did with the email form addresses.
