i have a ebook on my pc and i wanne upload it to my site how do i do that

that the people can download it
just put something on your page whether it be a word,line of text, image etc and link it to the file thats on your PC and when you upload your site people will be able to click on what you put into your site and download it or right click on it and download it that way.

you mean a hyperlink on mine site with is located on my pc
yes , when you create a link to a file on your pc the file gets uploaded to your server when you publish your site.
