While Downloading some of template in v.15 Pro; i'm getting "Generic Error"

Hello.
I'm using Websitex5 v.15 pro.
Today i'm getting "Generic Error" while donwloading some of the templates.
You can see the type of error in screen shot.

Try a restart of pc and maybe check firewall.
If it does not help try again tomorrow, pherhaps it's a server issue.
