How to change the pop-up standard text in the Email form object , field "approval general conditions"

When eye use the field "general conditions" as a mandatory field for acception by the requestor and the requestor does not or forget to select this field a pop-up states: "You must approve to the general conditions" (translation might be a bit different as eye use the dutch version)
Yet eye like to use this field to get the requestor to approve our privacy document, so eye rather would like another pop-up text referring to new privacy laws.
Have tried to find this somewehre in the options/advanced fields but sine eye can not find it eye assume its hard-coded.

In het e-mail formulier kun je het in het veld zelf invullen.
agreement conditions -> edit
It's in the form itself, goto agreement conditions, hit edit, then fill in the conditions
