Kent, just go to step 2 template, resolutions and responsive design

If you then do a preview and check various resolutions, you will then see you need to spend a bit of time with Template Structure, then Template Content (Header, Footer, etc) and your menu/s may need a bit of a tweek to make sure everything fits/is suitable for each resolution.
