Iam trying to contact some one in reference to a phone support in the usa

i am trying to either get the user guide and or get a USA phone number for support if not hw do i get a refund i just purchased this software about 5 days agp and so far iam not likeing it
pleaaase advise ASAP

Hello Marie,
You have 30 day's to test the software, so take your time.
There is a user guide in your portal, top right here in answers next to your name use the pulldown and select download.
Also the help in x5 is very nice, press F1 in the program to start it up on the object you are in at that moment.
If you still don't like it then you can always follow the post that John has kindly provided to you.
