By all means store a copy of your projects on one drive, but please do not attempt to work from one drive, I have found this too unreliable (same as working from a drive connected via USB), even the overheads of synchronising files while you work will eventually cause major issues.

If you must use one drive, copy your project folder to one-drive when you finish working (or better still, export the project and store the iwzip file on one-drive).
