Hi,
In my website created with the Website x5 Professional 16 I have made a page locked. I created a database on server. I have also created the write access folder. But after publishing the website, when I put the data into the login panel it is not saved in the database.
What can I do?

set in step1 acces management, settings tab, registration mode to automatic registration, fill in the database content and upload.

The user data will be saved on the Database only if registered through the automatic registration. If you register a new user from the software manually, it will be saved inside a file instead.
Also, did you manually create the database table? You should let the software create it for itself, since it knows the right columns it will need.

Thanks Stefano for your response. In the X5 Software I have tried the steps as you suggested [1. In the Data Management Section I created a database with all the information it asked and the Write Access Folder also, 2. In the Access Management I Changed the Registration Mode from Manual to Auto and filled all the data it asked, 3. I created a page and locked it] but my websites showing this 'Warning: mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/2002): Connection timed out in **********httpd.www/res/x5engine.php on line 4404 Unable to connect to DB'
Currently I am hosting with One.com. So what can I do now?
