Search object seems to report results from menu bar?

The search object seems to include the results from the menu bar items? See attachment - search reports that 264 pages have the word "kevlar" - in fact, only perhaps 6 landing pages have the word kevlar in the body text - but the menu on every landing page has the word kevlar in the dropdown lists to choose from.
How can the search be limited to just the text area of the landing page?

i've tried 7 search engine add-ons today; and the one which works easy with editable configuration just to seach on url words, or page name and ignore body test (and menu) is freefind. Now search works great; this is the way x5 should do it.
