I operate my website from Website X5 Evolution 14. GoDaddy hosts the website. I have set up a contact form and in the list tab, selected to send a confirmation email to sender.
I have put the website online and while completing the form myself as a test, I have received the following error message when I pressed 'Submit' (Press submit and the page redirects to this)
Fatal error: Class 'imEMail' not found in /home/content/12/11870612/html/res/x5engine.php on line 4829
I don't understand what this means or how to correct it?

Hello Rachel,
No licenses appear on your profile. You must register on the Help Center with the email declared during the purchase and installation of the software. Go to your profile to edit and modify...
Which version is used? Is PHP 5.xx minimum enabled on the server?
You can test your admin panel and the different scripts of the contact form ... (i.e. www.yourwebsite.xx/admin)

Hi there Jiper 85 - the licence is registered under this profile. Rachel is my daughter. WEbsite x5 Evolution 14. I don't know how to answer the php question.
... then, to avoid confusion, you should log in here to ask questions with the valid account ...
... so check the admin panel already suggested by Jiper 85; ... post also the LINK of the site:

Hi Carol, OK ... Nice to meet you... ;o))
Go to your control panel and test the PHP version:
(PHP Version - the Server must support the PHP language for the e-mails of the Contact Form Object and Shopping Cart to work properly, as well as login and password access to Locked pages. If PHP is supported, the supported version is indicated.)

Hi Carol & Rachel, in the Admin panel under Access or Database there is a setting for php cache that must be defined for a folder location on the server that is used for temporary storage.
This folder must be manually created on the server, thus I normally configure the setting to php-cache then in the main directory of the website create the folder php-cache with full permissions (777).
Hopefully this resolves your problem, if not then I can dig deeper as to the cause behind the refetenced error.
Good Luck & Regards!
Dave
