Licence key is invalid!

I have just purchased and tried to install Website x5.
I get the message'ATTENTION: The licence key entered does not correspond to the product you have purchased'.
I have double checked the key and have entered the key issued for my purchase of website x5.
Please help as the purchase is completly useless and a waste of money if I can't install it!

Hello Robert,
Log in to your Website X5 Help Centre Account>Then go to Download>There you will get your purchase software>Download it>Then come back to your profile and go to My Licenses>Then just Copy your product key and then paste it on the registration process
