Moving Licence to another PC

I have recently sold my business and the new owner of my company (understandably!) insists that my laptop that has WebSite X5 Evolution 13 installed on it must be wiped.
Once it is wiped I would like to reinstall the software but fear the licence key has been assigned and I will not be able to reassign it or use it again on the same laptop.
Please can anyone advise on my best course of action.

You can install it on another laptop/pc with no problems.
use top right next to your name the pulldown, download latest version and use your licence key and together with the mail adress to install x5.

Thanks for your response. I am aware you can install X5 on two PCs as long as you do not use the software simultaneously.The problem I have is that I would like to re-install the software on the same laptop (once it has been wiped) but also install it on my home desktop PC for use when I am at home. Is this possible?
