Hi everyone,
unfortunately it is still not possible to choose between options to use email address or user name at the access management (why not after so many months?), but today I have a different question:
The manual says that it is possible to have a login form, for both manual or automatic registration mode, which also should enable the user to recover or change his/her password - where is that particular funtion? I cannot see it anywhere.
Thanks, Alex

Hello Alex.
When you want to make a page password protected and the password will be generated by you, then you have to enable Manual Registration and insert a login/logout form on a page which you want to make password protected.
If you want to make a page password protected and the password will be generated automatically, then you have to enable Automatic Registration. In that case you don't need to insert any login/log out form at that page. It will be inserted by default.
Now, to activate automatic password, you must have a database on your server. Simply create a database on your server>Then come to Website X5>Step 1: Settings, Advanced Tab>Select Data Management>Click on Add to add a new database>Now enter your database details such as host name, username, password etc.>Then save it>Now come back to Advanced Tab and select Access Management>Click on Settings Tab>Now select Automatic Registration>Then select the database you have created>Now enter any table name like registration or etc. and provide admin email address>Then tick on the checkboxes and then choose which page you want to redirect the user after successful registration or login>Then Go back to Step 3:Map>Then select a page which you want to be protected by password>Then click on Priavte at the upper order menu> And save it
Hope this will help you. Feel free to keep posting for further help
Have a nice day ahead. Thank you
