SHOPPING CART NOT WORKING IN v17

After upgrading to v17 from V16 , my shopping cart will not let customers go to the customer details page. after they pick there purchase, shipping and payment then click next , it sends them back to the Home page.
It works on the preview but not after uploading. I have gone back to ver16 until it can be figured out

The same happens in my shop and they can't log in to the site eighter... In my site the customers page just shows the 404 site when they try to show it...

Would it be possible for you to upload the v17 project into a subfolder of your hosting?
If so, share the URL here with me after, so that I might test your website online personally and examine it in order to see if the cause of this is directly shown online.
Keep me posted on this so that I might test it out for you

Please do update your software to the latest version and then try to upload your v17 version of the website in a subfolder of your domain, so that I might test it out personally for you. For example, http://www.hottubandleisure.com/v17
This way, it could be much easier for me to try and identify exactly what could be going wrong with your website
