Problem after update of WebSite X5,  ru

I have updated WebSite X5. Program ask me about activation and not starting after activation of license...ask me about activation again and again...! 

I need help to starting this shit to update my website for work. I have updated WebSiteX5 to unusable WebSiteX5. Very nice work guys!!!

Hi Viktor, 

thank you for your message. 

Please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5  - Evolution and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder. If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.

Hi Elise! I will try to fix it now, but it the same poblem! What are you meen  C:\Users\ The Admin username \... and \ Your Windows username \ ...?

Why is problem come after updating? It is update to do more work for me? Thank you best Incomedia for this!

Ok, I have find the map C:\Users\ The Admin username \... open the WebSite X5 -> no file named licence.iwl 

What now? 

Why are you posting just one solution? Its not working!

так дело не пойдет, я еще деньги за это заплатил. мне всю ночь надо сидеть и все переделывать в Website 14

Hi Viktor, 

sorry for keeping you wait. 

If no licence.iwl file is available, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall the program
  • Delete the folders which may still be on the software installation path.
  • Delete the WebSite X5- Evolution folder in  C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ .
  • In you have more than one user on the PC you need to repeat this for each user.
  • Then download the program from the "My Downloads" section of your account and install it again. 

Now, please check again if you can find the licence.iwl file on the above mentioned path: if you can, please follow the procedure I reported above, and please paste the folder in :\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia.
