Upgraded from 14 pro to 17 evo and can not get my project file to convert

I have just bought the lastest version 17 evo and want to import my project file from 14 pro but cannot. Is there any way that I can import it without redsigning the entire website?

No EVO can't handle any PRO version because it just lacks the software options that PRO has.
Evo can only open EVO projects, Pro can open both.
So check your offers top right next to your name and upgrade to PRO, or stay with EVO, but this means you need to make the project again and some function's won't be available.
The offer for pro is normally is about the the same amount if you upgrade again. just check it.

Sven, you need to create an iwzip file of your project in v9. You do this by exporting the project, hopefully in v9 there was a step 5 export.
You can then open v17 and select import.

Looks like with a discount code, it would be cheaper to refund the evo and purchase the pro straight out instead of upgrading. How would I do that?
Yes, but is the offer there because you have evo?
If you want a refund then get in touch with the suplyer, i don't know where you bought it, check the mail and order it should be in there.

It cost 185 + what I paid for evo to upgrade, or $165ish for the pro version straight out. I bought it straight from this website.
