hello and good day to you all. I have recently installed the Incomedia WebSite X5 Start v17 and cannot find any templates. Would appreciate any assistance regarding where the templates are stored

I don't have start but normaly:
Step 2 -> change template.
refresh this page with button on top and use selection filter (I start have these but I think so)

Launch the program, and then in "Choice a project" you need to "Create a new project". Then you have a new window with the template collection:
