Animated pictures in the header of the site

When the main focus of any discussion is about web programming, Undoubtedly I'm a real dummy! I've already read an learn a little bit about PHP and how to make it work linked to a MySQL database in a Web application.
I would like, If it doesn't bother anybody of course, how can I put some animated pictures at the header of my site, using HTML5 or even JQuery. I've already downloaded in Dreamweaver, as a widget, the software to do that, but I have no idea how can I put this widget at the header of my X5 site. Can somebody help me?

No bother at all, we are here to help!
If you are trying to enter a widget created by you in your header, you need to click on the ''insert HTML code'' icon in the header section (Step 1 - Edit template graphics - header) and add your widget's HTML code there.
