Is there a way to have a user create a form and upload it to their website? Right now I am creating all the forms and sending the information to her email. She rather have an application style instead of a form. She also rather create it her self, tweak it herself and so on.

Hello.It is not entirely clear what exactly this form should do, but what you are asking is possible.You need to find "Online Form Builder". Something like this:
