Updated to 17.1.2 - unable to run X5 Pro due Error

Upgraded from 17.1.1 to 17.1.2 - program can not start anymore.
Tryied all option:
Uninstall older version 17.1.1,
PC restarted , new X5 Pro 17.1.2 reinstalled from scratch with teh same error see attached picture.
Error descripton: An error occurred while running the program. PLease reinstall the program (ConfigError: Currencies, Languages, Image Editor Properties)
All previous update and version were runing without the problem and only 17.1.2 version casusing this error and cannot run the program.
Unfortunately cannot renistall back to 17.1.1 as there is not on download section.

Try to install the complete version from your profile here, top right next to your name pulldown -> download.
Install that one, let me know if this has helped.
if not i have 17.1.1 so if you want to ga back i can provide it for you.

I did installed the complete version from here 17.1.2 and did not help, the same error.
Looking on my download i can download only the current 17.1.2 (which does not work as described above) or 16.3.1
I tried to look quickly on config files (currencies,etc...,) but cannot find something incorrect at least at the currency file..
If you could provid me 17.1.1 would be great.

I hope it will help, you also need a project from 17.1.1 (older backup) it won't open your current project because that's now 17.1.2
Let me know when you got it, because I will remove the download after that.

I did manage downlaod 17.1.1 but the same problem. I have checked one my project and was dated 25/02/2019 opened and updated with v17.1.1 so deffinetely v17.1.1 previously worked for me (unfortunatel i did not open X5 untill now since 25/02/2019)
Looks to me that could be WIN10 update problem or??? as i currently cannot run 17.1.1 or 17.1.2 but I managed to install old 16.3.1 which is now running.
So really confused but thank you for you help.. i will see if the next update (Win10 or X5) will allow me to run v17.x.x
I did removed todays Win10 updates but still no look... hmmm

You may have more joy if you remove the Incomedia folder from appdata. I would first uninstall WX5 v17 and then use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\Website X5 Professional (if you cannot see the appdata folder in your user directory you will have to turn on show hidden files and folders)
There are many examples of this type of issue being resolved

Thank you you were spot on,, , uninstall, delete Appdata, reinstalled and 17.1.2 works :)
