Hi,
I tried searching the forum but didn't find an answer
Can you use one of the text fields from the form as a subject line?
if so, how?

Hello Jennifer,
Unfortunately this is not possible in WebSite X5 at present. You could open an 'Idea' post to ask the developers to take this into consideration for inclusion in a future update to WebSite X5.
