Is it possible to change language of the software (not the to be created Website itself) - so, to have possiblity to run the sofware in either English or 2nd language, please?

Nein Andreas, er will die Softwaresprache ändern und das kann man nur vor (oder während) der Installation auswählen. Normalerweise nimmt es aber die Sprache des Windows als Vorlage.
