Online questions form and PayPal  en

Currently creating a website focusing on dietary advice.

Thought a post like this:

- The visitor is allowed to answer about 40 questions where each question has three options (ie three columns) that you can choose from.
After answering all the questions, each column is counted together and the column that gets the most points "wins" and you then download a document with health advice (pdf ??), ie there are three different "health documents" that you can download depending on which column gets the most number of replies.
Also thought to take a small sum through PayPal (or are there any better options?)
So, how do I do it? Do not have much habit with websites but have looked at how others do.
Is there any module etc that you can use? Thought the questions would automatically be summed up altogether or the participant is allowed to do this by himself.
How do you solve the form, downloading of the document and payment so that everything goes smoothly?

Hello. Using the program settings, you cannot implement such a test. At least automatically. You will need a programmer.

You can make a form, send it to your e-mail for calculation, and then send a link to the user to purchase this or that PDF file.

Ok, many thanks.
I have today made a form as you said. Customers then send it to me after having answered all the questions.
I analyze it, but how do I then, more specific, "sell" it.
Can I incorporate a Paypal-link to the file I sending to them?

Since they are "choosing" a column, and not really answering something, you can direct the next landing they go to depending on the previous choice, and at the end they end up at one landing page with a specific pdf document they can download by purchasing or making a donation/contribution.

It will take a ot of pages to implement, but not that difficult, and no "programming"...

Just draw out your decision tree on paper and create a page for each block.

Hello Anders

You could use WebAnimator for this. It has the possibility to hold variables and react on them. You can go to different scenes based upon the answers and at the end you have a sum that you can let the system react on - and show a link to the PDF that matches the result.

I have an old example here : http://www.calendarforum.dk/restaurant/book-table.html

You can click on view / day or week, and then click on a table to see a calendar for the table. The calendar will show in day-mode or week-mode according to your choice.

You can also click on tableplan 1, 2 or 3 and see the tables being arranged. Instead of tables being arranged it could as well have been a new scene chosen from your choice. It is just an example of what could be possible - I know it is not what you describe. I just want to show that it could be made by the program. Instead of WebAnimator, you could use the free Google Web Designer. That program will also be able to do what you want.

"Can I incorporate a Paypal-link to the file I sending to them?" - Yes, you can do it.Or send a link to a page on the site where they can buy PDF they need. For example, here is the product Desktop Wallpaper. This is a downloadable item.More information on how to do this, as well as answers to other questions can be found here and here.
