Digital shopping cart on website X5 professional

Hi
I have two questions.
1) For my digital downloads when I click on New product in the shopping cart do I have to fill in the information in the General section or do I only fill in the information on the Digital Tab.
2) I have a payment code from my own paying company which is PAYFAST. Where do I add it in the shopping cart.

I am a little confused. On my Website x5 pro there is no TYPE. There is only General, Cost and E-mail message. So dont know where to include the HTML code for the payment.
I also am not sure where to activate the send Data to Database to use a digital product.
I will appreciate that help. Thank you

"I also am not sure where to activate the send Data to Database to use a digital product." - this can be found in the advanced settings. Perhaps this will be useful to you.

Thanks so much again. I did click on "Order Management," I then clicked on "add," A window opened with "General," "Cost," and "E Mail message," I still cant find "Type," Am I going to the right Place.
I now have another question with regard "Data Management,"
When I go into it. It reads "Create a list of Data Bases linked to the project. (Is this related to the service provider) Sorry I appear so ignorant. It then reads "Description," "Database name," "Host name," "User name," Where do I add the PHP connection string. My service provider is one.com
I apologise for the confusion. Being a musician it is difficult for me to understand all this. I really need to get my digital music on line and Website x5 pro is the best option.
I would be grateful for your help.

Now to your specific questions:
1_ You're probably only seeing General, Cost and Email because you're clicking on Add next to the shipping methods instead of the payment ones. Check my screenshot:
2_ All the credentials to correctly link the software to the database are provided by One.com
All but Database name which is something you can choose yourself to differentiate it from other Databases should you have more than one. Contact them in order to get this piece of information
