Sorry, but the solution is in Polish. You can use a translator. Generally, you have to create two versions of the website and publish both, the English version in the "en" directory on the server. If you only want a bilingual home page then publish the exact same versions of the website and just translate the home page.

Or publish on the home page texts or objects in two languages, which I think may look a bit ... strange.
