Xml error message stopping me from opening project

I have the following message appearing when i try to open a project how do i get into project, i think this is a link to FB as its the only project with the link and it worked ok upto last night
An error occurred while loading project (there is an error in XML document (0,0))

Stephen, please restart your PC (not shutdown, restart) if that doesn't work then . . . . .
Error in XML 0,0 is usually fatal sadly. When you start wx5 please select your project, select backup (hopefully) find a suitable backup and then click redo. With luck this will restore your project.
If this fails hopefully you have an iwzip (step 5, export project) as this is a reliable backup which you can import on wx5 startup.
