i can't export to internet.. 1. what is my ftp adress (i wrote ftp.websitex5.com.. is it right?) 2. my user name seyityuce but it make mistake.. thanks... can you give me some example for ftp adress and user name type

i received only user profile.. no any info about ftp .. thanks for ur help
The ftp address, username and password are normally issued by your web service provider, not by Incomedia. When you susbscribe to such a service, you're supposed to receive those datas from your provider.
