How to upgrade latest updates?

Not able to do it from home screen. 

Asked this question so many times, but not resolved this issue.

What is the problem?

Is there any issue from my end? I think Version 2020 is now available. Last time when you told be to download latest version from 'Download' section of my profile, it worked fine.

This time when I downloaded it, same old bersion is downloaded.

What to do? How to do?

Any how... thank you in advance & wishing you a happy Holi; the festival of colours in India.
